1994-2000:NVH / Design development engineer - Standard Products Ltd, Huntingdon, UK (Vehicle sealing systems)
NVH launch responsibility for:
SAAB			- 95 (2 months, Trollhatten, Sweden)
Ford 	 	        - Escort CE14 (2 months, Saarlouis, Germany)
Rover BMW 	        - Rover 75 
Land Rover	    - Freelander 

Managed redesign of Land-Rover Defender sealing system to meet NVH targets for 1999 refresh.
Designed Rover 75 glassrun system, which was refined in BMW’s windtunnel to achieve best-in-class NVH performance (Internal data).

1992 – 1993:Internship - Standard Products Ltd, Huntingdon, UK (Vehicle sealing systems)
Co - designed an extruded-frame aluminium door cassette system to reduce assembly-line operations. Presented to Ford directors at the Dunton Research Centre, UK. 

EDUCATION
2005 – 2006 Automotive Design MA Coventry University 
Major thesis / project title; Aerodynamic design – Time for a new direction?
Research focused on how future aerodynamic techniques could influence design language. Final scale-model incorporated active aerodynamic panels and smart-materials.
Mazda collaborative project - MX-1 sports car.
